I am the Mom of four beautiful children, Le Cordon Bleu trained chef and business owner of Soul Meets Body. As someone who has spent a lifetime loving up and nurturing others, with Mother medicine, my life’s passion has led me to take care of people's Soul in a different way.

Through my life experiences, I am honored to share with you the work I get to do now and so deeply love., whether it’s working as an Akashic Records Practitioner , Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki Master, Medium or sprinkling in the alchemy of cooking.. By blending these healing modalities with a fun loving, empathetic, compassionate approach, I help bring balance and clarity to my clients on their own personal journey of self discovery and purpose.

So that you can introduce and sustain abundance in your life, you need to understand your unique Divine gifts, and how you are made to create.

Before a session, I gather a little information about you so that I can access your Soul’s story. I connect with you on Soul level through Mediumship and I ask with intention whatever needs to be healed , come forward.

By engaging Soul to Soul, I am able to discover and share details about past lives, how and why specific negative karmic patterns, blocks, and restrictions became a part of your Souls DNA. For these reasons, you may feel stuck, always ending up with the same results. By bringing awareness to the forefront I can then help with healing and clearing old patterns, creating a new path with a unique understanding.

During the reading, we also uncover your Divine gifts, your purpose.. We discover where you are on your Spiritual Path and how you are here to create abundance., happiness and live your best life. Most importantly who you are at Soul level, how to be in alignment, and to live with intention.

The session generally takes 120 minutes depending upon how much you’re engaged, which I love!

After the reading is over, I perform an energy clearing to jumpstart you onto your new path of awareness and choice! I also offer homework as a way to keep things going.

I want you to know I am here to support you in any way I can on this journey! I truly feel that all I have experienced in life was handed down to me to heal and help others. It is my true joy to be able to share my gift with you.
