What I Do
I am an intuitive healer and soul reader.
That can mean a lot of things depending on where you are on your path. For some people it means finally understanding why they keep repeating the same patterns. For others it means making sense of a life that feels off track. For others still it means hearing, for the first time, that the weight they have been carrying was never theirs to begin with.
We live in a noisy, complicated world. It is easy to lose the thread of who you are and why you are here.
I will help you find it again.
In a session we go beneath the noise. We look at the energy your body is holding, the patterns written across lifetimes, the inherited beliefs that have quietly been running the show. I translate what your soul has been trying to say. I help you have a real and honest conversation with yourself.
Our exploration uncovers the essence of who you are from the beginning.
Together, we uncover who you are beneath conditioning, expectation, and experience—and what becomes possible when you return to that place.
The answers you are looking for already exist within you. Sometimes you simply need someone to help you illuminate the road.
Something brought you here. It wasn't an accident.
How I Got Here
My path to this work wasn’t a straight line.
Before I became a healer and intuitive, I was a chef. I married my college sweetheart, I trained at Le Cordon Bleu, raised four amazing children, and built a successful catering business. Nourishing people was at the heart of everything I did. Food was my love language and serving others filled my soul.
Then life asked me to slow down.
A spine injury forced me to close my business and completely go inward. In the stillness that followed, something cracked open. What felt devastating at the time became one of the greatest gifts of my life.
I began my own healing journey. In that unraveling I began to lose myself and also find my way back to who I truly am and what my purpose is. I believe that the hardest chapters of our lives are rarely accidental. When you do the work and you heal, it is incredible what becomes possible. Not just for you. For everyone you touch.
I began to understand that everything I had lived through, abuse, family trauma, the joy of motherhood and caring for others was preparing me for this work.
Over time, my intuitive abilities became impossible to ignore. What had once been subtle impressions developed into a profound ability to read energy, access soul-level information, and help others see themselves with greater clarity.
Today, I bring all of that experience into the work I do—helping people reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and remember who they are beneath the conditioning, expectations, and stories that have shaped their lives.
This work is the greatest joy of my life. I get to do this every single day.

Before a session, I gather a little information about you so that I can access your Soul’s story. I connect with you on Soul level through Mediumship and I ask with intention whatever needs to be healed , come forward.
By engaging Soul to Soul, I am able to discover and share details about past lives, how and why specific negative karmic patterns, blocks, and restrictions became a part of your Souls DNA. For these reasons, you may feel stuck, always ending up with the same results. By bringing awareness to the forefront I can then help with healing and clearing old patterns, creating a new path with a unique understanding.
During the reading, we also uncover your Divine gifts, your purpose.. We discover where you are on your Spiritual Path and how you are here to create abundance., happiness and live your best life. Most importantly who you are at Soul level, how to be in alignment, and to live with intention.
The session generally takes 120 minutes depending upon how much you’re engaged, which I love!
After the reading is over, I perform an energy clearing to jumpstart you onto your new path of awareness and choice! I also offer homework as a way to keep things going.
