Even as a little girl, I understood the importance of caring for the land & growing things from the Earth.
I knew that plants held magic inside of them.
As I got older I wrapped my arms around the medicinal and spiritual properties of herbs and flowers. I have been using them in my recipes to feed the body and souls of my family, friends and clients. I also use them to clear, cleanse and protect the energy of the most sacred space: home.
